
'CROCS' REBRAND PROJECT
For my redesign of Crocs, I wanted to give the brand an update for a more youthful and energetic audience. Crocs, as a brand, has a very recognizable logo already, so I wanted to keep that feature in my redesign. The logo is a graffiti-style “C” with a drop shadow.

Crocs does not have a history of catering to a younger and edgier consumer base, so I wanted to try to branch out from the pictoral alligator mark they were using before. the C is in a graffiti style letterform because graffit is associated in the public eye with “urban life,” which is viewed as edgy by the public. The colors are also reminiscent of those you might see on a colorful mural, grafiti or otherwise, in a big city. The color palette for the redesign was inspired by popular works of grafiti.
