

LAUNCH PARTY PROMOTIONAL
SOCIAL MEDIA CAMPAIGN
AUDIENCE:
Our target audience was composed of Oregon State University students, generally between 18 and 25 years old, with a focus on those in liberal arts programs who have a strong interest in art, fashion, and creative culture.
The DAMchic audience occupied a unique space that was neither fully professional nor entirely casual. To resonate with this group, we positioned the brand voice to align with the tone and humor commonly embraced by Gen Z. Our marketing approach incorporated a refined sense of “cheekiness” inspired by successful social media personalities and lifestyle brands. This strategy allowed us to present DAMchic as relatable, conversational, and approachable—more like a friend or a cool older sibling than a traditional publication.

to create buzz online about the spring issue, introduce the giveaway, and create a game out of guessing the theme. Posted about a month before the event.
FIRST POST
Gives the audience a sneak peek into what some of the photos look like to create more intrigue and remind the audience about the gift card giveaway
SECOND POST
Gives a stronger hint at the theme by posting a photo of the models in the cover, but not posting the actual cover
